Our new kitchen dinner has been created on time and budget and we are delighted with the new space that has been created. Andrew provided helpful ideas throughout and went the extra mile to make sure that even the minor finishing touches were completed to a high standard, an example, being locating someone to come in a mastic all around the skirting and kitchen to provide a clean and even finish throughout (this was not part of the original plans). "I would highly recommend Stokeswood Construction after I appointed them to build an extension on the front of my house which required the removal of the entire front of the property, building forward whilst supporting the first floor and then building the new section, which when complete cannot be identified as an extension as the work has worked seamlessly with the original building.
All of my dealings with Stokeswood from the owner Andrew ( AJ) and all of his team were very professional and considerate. From my initial contact and the signing of a contract to the actual build and day to day dealings with the staff were all extremely positive. My build could have been problematic due to the shared access road with three of my neighbours, but Stokeswood managed the access issues without any complaints from my neighbours. The build was completed on time and on budget and the site was restored perfectly to the original condition"
